By using WarDek, you agree to:
- Only scan websites you own or have authorization to scan
- Not use the service for malicious or illegal purposes
- Not bypass technical limitations of the service
- Keep confidential your login credentials
4. Limitation of Liability
WarDek provides reports for informational purposes. We do not guarantee:
- Completeness of security analyses
- Total absence of vulnerabilities after fixes
- Automatic legal compliance with any regulation
Recommendation: WarDek reports should be complemented by a professional security audit for critical environments.
5. Intellectual Property
The WarDek service, source code, interface and brand are the exclusive property of OmniRealm SASU.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or abusive use
- Non-payment (paid plans)
- Extended inactivity (12 months)
Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 30 days.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
Mediation: In case of dispute, you may use free consumer mediation before any legal action.
