Terms of Sale

Terms applicable to WarDek subscriptions.

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between OmniRealm (SASU registration in progress), hereinafter "the Provider", and any person or entity subscribing to a WarDek plan, hereinafter "the Client".

WarDek is a security and compliance cockpit for European SMEs, accessible at https://wardek.io.

2. Pricing and Subscriptions

WarDek offers several subscription plans. Prices are listed on the pricing page. Prices are in euros, excluding taxes.

Free: No charge, limited to 3 scans per month.

Pro: Monthly or annual subscription, 50 scans per month.

Compliance+: Monthly or annual subscription, unlimited scans + compliance modules.

Enterprise: Custom pricing, API access, SSO, dedicated support.

3. Duration and Renewal

  • Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed each month.
  • Annual subscriptions are automatically renewed each year.
  • The Client may cancel at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No pro-rata refund is provided for mid-period cancellations.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by credit card via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). The Provider does not store any credit card data.

In case of payment failure, the Provider reserves the right to suspend access until the situation is resolved.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after subscription, which the Client expressly accepts.

However, the Free plan allows testing the service without commitment before any paid subscription.

6. Liability and Warranties

The Provider undertakes an obligation of means: it commits to deploying diligent technical measures, consistent with the state of the art, to detect and report observable weaknesses, without guaranteeing the absence of any vulnerability, incident or intrusion.

WarDek is an audit assistance tool — not a substitute for a human penetration test (pentest) or an in-depth security audit, especially for critical assets. Reports are informational and do not constitute legal advice.

Covered scope: external elements observable from the Internet (HTTP headers, TLS/SSL configuration, DNS records, exposed ports, SPF/DKIM/DMARC email configuration, exposed files).

Out-of-scope: the inside of servers and applications, human and organizational procedures, vulnerabilities unknown at scan time (0-day), and anything not publicly accessible.

  • The Provider commits to providing the service with due diligence and according to industry standards.
  • The Provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service.
  • The Provider's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Client over the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution first. Failing that, the competent courts of La Roche-sur-Yon, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
